Pricing questions
What counts as a person?
Each employee or worker record you hold as active. Leavers do not count once marked as left. If you reach your plan’s limit, adding more people is paused until you upgrade.
Do I need a card for the trial?
No. The 14-day trial starts without a card. At the end you choose a plan to keep adding people. You can always view and export your data.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes, from the billing page at any time. Cancelling keeps access to the end of the paid period.
Is VAT included?
Prices exclude VAT where it applies.
